1. 150-200 grams Beef cut into dice
2. 2 Potatoes cut into dice
3. 4 Tomatoes cut into dice
4. 1 Carrots cut into dice
5. 1 Onion cut into dice
6. 1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
7. 1 Cup Of Red Wine
8. 1 Tbsp. Paprika
9. 1-2 Thyme
10.  1 Liter of Beef Stock

1. Season the meat with salt, black pepper and fry in a frying pan. with hot oil. Fry until get nice brown color all side. Then set aside. 
2. In the same pan, fry the onion and carrot until soft. Follow with potato, tomato and tomato paste. Add paprika and red wine. Scrape out the plaque in the pan. Then add into a tall pot.
3. Add the stock soup and thyme in the pot. Then boil it with low heat. Gently simmer indefinitely. Ladle out of the bubble. Simmer until the water dry out about half. Season with salt and pepper. Ready to serve.
