1. 250 grams of small tapioca pellets
2. 200 ml. of hot water
3. 50 grams of chopped pork
4. 50 grams of chopped salted  Chinese radish
5. 70 grams of pounded peanut
6. 2 Tbsp. of palm sugar
7. 1 Tbsp. of fish sauce
8. 2 Tbsp. of chopped red onion
9. 2 Tbsp. of fried garlic
10. 3 Tbsp. of soy oil
11. 3 Tbsp. of fried garlic oil

Pound all of these ingredients
12. 1 coriander root
13. 1 garlic
14. 2 Tsp. of pepper
Side dish
15. Cabbage
16. guinea chili
17. coriander

1. Mix tapioca pellets and hot water together. Knead and mold them.
2. Fry the coriander root , garlic , pepper together. Put the red onion and fry them together until they done.
