Thai Grilled Chicken Sa Tay (Gai Sa Tay) - If you love Sa-Tae but you didn’t want any weight from the fat. You should try to make Kai Sa-Tae. The original of this menu will use pork or beef but we can use chicken for less fat but the same delicious.

Thai Grilled Chicken Sa Tay (Gai Sa Tay) - If you love Sa-Tae but you didn’t want any weight from the fat. You should try to make Kai Sa-Tae. The original of this menu will use pork or beef but we can use chicken for less fat but the same delicious.
1. 250 grams of chicken’s breast and skin
2. 2 Tbsp. of evaporated milk
3. 2 Tbsp. of coconut milk
4. 1 Tbsp. of yogurt
5. 1 Tbsp. of soy sauce
6. 1/2 Tbsp. of sugar
7. 1 Tsp. of curry powder
8. 1 Tsp. of Turmeric powder
9. 1/4 Tsp. of cumin powder
10.1/4 Tsp. of roasted coriander seeds 
11. 50 ml. of coconut milk for spread the chicken while grilling
12. 2 pieces of bread chop for 1 inch
13. 1 cup of Arjad
14. 1 cup of Sa-tae sauce
1. Crave the chicken for 1inchx4inch then preserved with evaporated milk, yogurt , soy sauce , sugar , curry powder , Turmeric powder, cumin powder and roasted coriander seeds . After that knead them together and stab them by wood stick. Then keep into the freezer for 1 night.
2. Grill the chicken in the pan with low heat and keep spread chicken with coconut milk for both side. After that take the chicken on the dish.
3. Grill the bread in the pan and cut for 4 pieces. Serve them with Sa-tae sauce and Arjad.
