1. 350 grams of pork sirloin
2. 30 ml. of evaporated milk
3. 30 ml. of coconut milk
4. 1-1/2 Tbsp. of yogurt
5. 1-1/2 Tbsp. of soy sauce

7. 1 Tsp. of curry powder
8. 1 Tsp. of Turmeric powder
9. 1/2 Tsp. of cumin powder
10. 1/2 Tsp. of coriander seeds  
11. 50 ml. of coconut milk for spread the chicken while grilling
12. 2 pieces of bread chop for 1 inch
13. 1 cup of Arjad
14. 1 cup of Sa-tae sauce
15. 3 Tbsp. soy oil

1. Chop pork for 1inchx4inch then preserved with evaporated milk, coconut milk , yogurt , soy sauce , sugar , curry powder, Turmeric powder, cumin powder , coriander seeds  and soy oil. After that knead them for 10 minutes and keep into the freezer for 1 night.
