The flour inside
1. Wheat Flour sifted 1 cup
2. Oil 4 Tbsp.

The outer crust
3. Wheat Flour sifted 2 cups
4. Salt 1 Tsp.
5. Sugar 1 Tbsp.

7. Cold water 1/2 cup

8. Chicken cut into small dice 1 cup
9. Sweet potatoes cut into small dice 1/2 cup
10. Onion cut into small squares 1/2 cup
11. Curry powder 2 Tbsp.
12. Pepper 1 Tsp.
13. Salt 1 Tsp.
14. Sugar 3 Tbsp.
15. Seasoning Sauce 1 Tbsp.
1. Inside dough – Add sifted wheat flour+ gradually add oil in a bowl. Knead until smooth and mold it in long lines. Cut half and continue doing like this until get same size of dough. Mold in a ball and set aside for 30 minutes.
2. Outer dough - Mix water + oil + salt + sugar until melt together.  Gradually drop in the sifted wheat flour and knead until dough is soft. Mold into same size ball pieces and set aside 20 minutes.
3. Fry filling – add oil just a little into the pan over medium heat+ curry powder and fry together. Add onion, chicken and fry until cooked. Add potatoes and seasoning with seasoning sauce, sugar, salt, 1 Tbsp. water and stir together until dry. Low the heat, add pepper and put in the container. Set aside.
4. Roll the dough- put filling
4.1 spread outer dough and wrap with inside dough tightly until done. Put in the container and cover with white cloth or with the lid.
4.2 Place the dough on top. Roll dough to a flat vertical with a roller 5-6 inches high. Do not press the roller too much. Then roll the dough.
4.3 Place the dough vertically. Roll dough to flat vertical about 9-10 inches high and cut the dough. 
4.4. Roll the dough into thin piece. Tap water around the side of dough, add 1 tsp. fried filling. Fold the dough and twist the side of edge. 
5. Pour oil into the pan half of the pan over medium heat. Fry until golden. Bring up and place on the paper to absorb the oil.
