Raspberry Sorbets - Raspberry Sorbet is ice - cream that mix with fruit or wind or syrup.  If you want soft texture ice - cream, you must freeze and then make it split from each other with Food Processor or scraping with a fork.

1. Pour water + sugar + frozen raspberries into the pot.
2. Heat until boiling. Stir with a wooden ladle.
3. Filter on wire rack.
