1. 200 grams Beef from Hunglei curry, or streaky pork cut into pieces
2. 100 grams Vermicelli soaked to soften, cut into pieces
3. Pickled asparagus sliced 1/2 cup
4. Long Beans cut into pieces 1/2 cup
5. Pea Eggplant 1/4 Cup
6. Eggplant cut in 4 parts 1/4 cup
7. Gourd pick leaves 1/2 cup
8. 5 Kaffir lime leaves
9. 5 Chilies
10. Spring Onion chopped 1 Tbsp.
11. Coriander chopped 1 Tbsp.
12. 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
13. Coconut milk 2 Tbsp.
14. Hunglei powder 1/2 Tsp.


15. 5 Dried Chilli
16. 3 Hot Chilies
17. 3 Shallots 
18. 10 cloves Garlic
19. Lemongrass chopped 2 Tbsp.
20. Galangal chopped 1/2 Tbsp.
21. Shrimp Paste 1 Tsp.
22. Salt 1 Tsp.

1. Pound all spices together thoroughly. Then fry spices with oil until fragrant.
