1. Red pork meat with pork fat roughly chopped 1/2 kg.

1. Filling cleaning - cleaning all fat out. Turn to another side and bring inside out and clean. Use a spoon to scrape the mucus out. Mix with salt quickly, wash with water. Mix with flour, clean with water. Turn to another side and clean outside again.
