1. Rice Noodles  1/2 kg.
2. Soft Pork Rib 1/2 kg.
3. Minced Pork finely chopped 1/2 kg.

20. Bean Sprouts   200 grams
21. Spring Onion, coriander chopped  1/4 cup
22. Lemon cut in small 3 parts
23. Garlic chopped - fry  1/4 cup
24. Dried chili fried crispy or ground pepper
1. Clean pork rib in the pot. Add 8 cups water and leave it for 15 minutes. Spoon the bubbles out. Heat over low heat and simmer until soft.
2. Pounded spices finely. Then put the grilled bean and mix well together.
3. Heat oil in the pan. Add the mixture of beans and spice to fry. Add minced pork, tomatoes and stir to combine. Then add the water from boiling pork. Put finish fried ingredients back into the pot that boiling pork rib. Turn to medium heat and wait to boil. Then add Curdled Blood of Hogs, Dok Ngeaw and simmer over low heat. If the water dries out, pour water down. Continue simmering, taste salty and sour. (salt, tamarind juice)
4. Ready to serve.
