1. 1 Fried taro nest
2. 5 Tbsp. Soybean oil
3. 150 grams Chicken breasts cut into dice
4. 70 grams Cashew nuts
5. 3 Dried chilies
6. 40 grams Chinese Monkey Apple
7. 70 grams Dried Chestnut
8. 70 grams Boiled Ginkgo
9. 70 grams Truffle
10. 15 grams onion cone cut into 2 inches piece
11. 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
12. 2 Tbsp. Sugar
13. Chinese Wine
14. 1 1/2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
15. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
16. 2 Tbsp. Tapioca Flour
17. 1 Liter of palm oil
1. Boil water chestnut in boiling water 10 minutes until cooked, then bring up and set aside.
2. Boil Chinese Monkey Apple , chestnut in boiling water until soft about 20 minutes. Bring up and set aside to cool.
3. Heat the hot oil. Fry the cashew nuts into the yellow. Plate and set aside. Along with the chicken and mix thoroughly with flour, fried to a golden plate and set aside. Fry the dried down to a plate and set aside to cool gradually.
4. Pour oil into the pan. Followed by chestnut, Chinese Monkey Apple, ginkgo, truffle and flavored with pepper, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Chinese wine and stir well to combine.
5. Add chicken to fry them up. Gradually add the fried cashew nuts, fried chilli, spring onion and stir to combine. Turn off the gas and put all ingredients in the taro nest. Finished.
