Turned Glaze Carrot - Turned Glaze Carrot is another side dish for steak or Barbeque dish. In the western, this is really quite elegant side dish. It’s a delicate food.
1. 1-2 Carrots sticks
2. 1 Tbsp. Butter
3. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
4. 1 Tsp. Salt
1. Use a knife cut a piece of carrot like a rugby ball. Slowly and calmly sharpen it.
2. Bring it boil in a pot. Add butter, salt and sugar.
3. Simmer until sugar and butter coat on carrot and look shiny. Ready to serve.


This dish is focus on training. And don't leave the rest of carrot, You can bring it to make stock soup or a Carrot puree as well.
