Thai style dumpling (Jeeb Tua Nok ) - another Thai traditional dessert that made from flour and butterfly pea. Mold them like a flower and filled with salted stuff or any sweet things. Serve with coriander , cabbage and guinea pepper.

Thai style dumpling (Jeeb Tua Nok ) - another Thai traditional dessert that made from flour and butterfly pea. Mold them like a flower and filled with salted stuff or any sweet things. Serve with coriander , cabbage and guinea pepper.
1. 1 cup rice flour
2. 1 Tbsp. Arrow root flour
3. 2 Tbsp. Tapioca flour
4. 1 cup Water soak Anchan flower in warm water

5. Chicken breast
6. 1/2 cup Peanut
7. 1/2 cup Onion
8. 1 Tbsp. Coriander rooy, garlic, pepper
9. 1/2 cup Sugar
10. 2-3 Tsp. Salt
11. 1/2 cup Oil

Topped and Side dish
12. 1/2 cup Fried Garlic
13. Coriander root
14. Lettuce
15. Chilli
1.  Put rice flour, Arrow root flour, tapioca flour and  purple color water from Anchan flower and stir together in a brass pan over medium heat. Knead until smooth. Divide the dough into piece and put in a bag.
2. Add oil and fry smashed coriander root, garlic and pepper in a pan. Add chicken stock, onion, chicken breast and fry together until cook. Season with sugar, salt.
3. Mold the dough, put filling down and wrap tightly. Crimp the dough like a flower. Place banana leave paint oil and arrange in a steaming pot. Sprinkle with  water befor steam over high heat 5-8 minutes until cook. Serve with lettuce, coriander leave, chilli and fried garlic.

Ingredient of Thai style dumpling (Jeeb Tua Nok )

1. 1 cup rice flour
2. 1 Tbsp. Arrow root flour
3. 2 Tbsp. Tapioca flour
4. 1 cup Water soak Anchan flower in warm water
