Dark Chocolate Mousse
1. 25 grams of 70% dark chocolate
2. 50 grams of salted butter
3. 200 grams of whipping cream
4. 2 egg yolk
5. 30 grams of water
6. 20 grams of sugar

Milk Chocolate Mousse
1. 100 grams of milk chocolate 
2. 25 grams of white chocolate
3. 50 grams of salted butter
4. 200 grams of whipping cream
5. 2 egg yolk
6. 30 grams of water
7. 20 grams of sugar

Decoration optional
1. whipping cream
2. Chocolate
1. Start with making Dark Chocolate mousse
2.Put the dark chocolate and butter  into steamer and steam them until they melted together.
3. Stir whipping cream until the rising up and put them into refrigerator
4.whip egg yolk.
5.Boil water and sugar.
6.Put the syrup into the egg.
7.Stir them until they melted together and egg cool down.
8.Put them into the chocolate and stir.
9.Put chocolate into the whipping cream and stir with paddle by softly until they melted.
10.Put them into the cup.
11. For the Milk Chocolate mousse make it like Dark Chocolate mousse.
12.Dark chocolate mousse Completed successfully. Put the Milk Chocolate mousse over Dark chocolate mousse
13.Topping them.
14.Put them into refrigerator and ready to serve.
