Chicken Thai Herbs Rice (Kao Mok Kai) - A popular single dish that you can found almost everywhere in Thailand. Rice mixed with various spices including Turmeric and curry powder which make the rice yellow and smell nice. Come together with marinated chicken that seasoned with same spices that used for cooked the rice. Just try then you will like it.

Chicken Thai Herbs Rice (Kao Mok Kai) - A popular single dish that you can found almost everywhere in Thailand. Rice mixed with various spices including Turmeric and curry powder which make the rice yellow and smell nice. Come together with marinated chicken that seasoned with same spices that used for cooked the rice. Just try then you will like it.
1. 4 pieces Chicken Leg and Thigh
2. Old Jasmine Rice 400 grams
3. Shallot, 80 grams
4. 130 grams Salted Butter
5. Condensed milk 50 ml. 
6. Yogurt, 70 grams
7. Curry powder 1 Tbsp.
8. Turmeric powder 2 Tbsp.
9. Coriander powder 1 Tsp.
10. Cumin powder 1 Tsp.
11. Salt 1 Tbsp.
12. Sugar 1 Tbsp.
13. Ground cinnamon 1 tbs.
14. 1Tsp. Bay Leaf
15. 800 ml. Water
16. Cucumber
17. 1 cup Chicken rice sauce
18. 1 cup Fried shallots
1. Marinade condensed milk, yoghurt and ingredients each half such as curry powder, cumin powder, coriander, cinnamon, bay leaf, salt and sugar together. Set aside.
2. Use a fork to stab around the chicken. The mixture is prepared by fermentation. Toss to combine. Marinate it for at least 2 hour
3. The shallots and butter and stir until butter is completely melted. The fried chicken was a little scorched surface of the second lap of the chicken and set aside. (I do not have to cook).
4. Add rice and remaining ingredients down and fry about 5 minutes. Put rice into the rice pot. Pour water into it and stir to combine. Then place the chicken on the rice. And cook the rice in the rice cooker until cooked.
