1. 700 grams Oxtail
2. 500 grams Beef
3. 3 1/2 liter Water
4. 5 Tomatoes
5. 3 Balls Onion
6. Salt, 50 grams
7. Sugar, 40 grams
8. 1 Tbsp. Pepper (Bash)
9. 5 Coriander roots
10. 20 Balls Cardamom
11. 1 Tbsp. Coriander seeds
12. 2 Stick Cinnamon
13. 2 Heads Curry Tree
14. 1 Ball Lemon
15. 1 Tbsp. Chilli (finely chopped)
16. Fried shallots 1/2 cup
17. Coriander 1/2 cup

1. Pound celery root and then put coriander root, pepper, cardamom, and coriander seed into white cloth and tied it tightly. Cut beef into 2x2 inches piece.
2. Boil water, then add beef and oxtail down. Follow with cinnamon and spices that you tied before. Stew with low heat for 3 hour. (Always spoon the bubbles out)
3. Chop onion, tomato and put down, then cut half curry tree, put it down. Season with salt, sugar, and stew for 30 minutes more on low heat.
