1. 1 Cup Salt water (1 Tbsp. salt. + 3 Tbsp. water)
2. 500 grams Featherback Fish
3. 3 Long Beans
4. 1 Cup Basil Leaves
5. 1 Cayenne Pepper

7. 2 Tbsp. Roasted Chilli Curry
8. 1 Tsp. Fish Sauce
9. 1 Egg
10. 1 Tsp. Oyster Sauce

1. Cut long bean into small pieces. Chop kaffir lime leaves and Cayenne Pepper.
2. Knead fish in a mixing bowl. Gradually add saline. Continue kneading on for about 20 minutes.
3. Add chilli curry to mix well together. Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, flour.
4. Add long beans, kaffir lime leaves, red goat pepper and mix well together. Set aside in refrigerator for 1 hour.
5. Fry basil in medium heat. Set aside to drain.
6. Heat the oil. Then mold into flat piece and fry on medium heat. 
7. Serve by sprinkle with fried basil leaves, Finish.
