How to Cook The Red Bean Chinese Buns

1. Put Wheat Flour , Salt Yeast in the bowl and mix them together and slowly pour the water in to the bowl then knead until well combine (about 10-15 minutes). Then put all mixture in to covered container and leave it for 30-40 minutes for rise up.
2. Divide the dough , put the red bean paste into it and mold to the ball shape. Then put the paper on the tray and leave it about 10-15 minutes. After that put them into steamed pot and steam it for about 15 minutes
