Steamed Orange Cup Cake (Cake Som Tuay Fu) 

Ingredient of Steamed Orange Cup Cake (Cake Som Tuay Fu)

1. 200 grams of cake flour
2. 1 and 1/2 Tsp. of baking powder
3. 100 grams of sugar
4. 1/2 cup of milk
5. 3 egg
6. 1 and 1/2 Tsp. of vanilla
7. 1/2 ball of orange skin
8. 1/4 cup of orange juice
9. 50 grams of butter
10. 1 Tsp. of lime

How to Cook Steamed Orange Cup Cake (Cake Som Tuay Fu)

1. Pour water in 1/2 of steamer. Open high heat.
2. Sift cake flour and baking powder
3. Mix all of milk , eggs , sugar into the whisk (start from the slow speed and high up to the maximum speed in 5-6 minutes). Wait until they turn to cream.
4. Put the lime , orange juice , orange skin , vanilla flavor and butter into the bowl and mix them together. Knead until they well combined.
5. Put the flour and stir them with the slow speed
6. Put the mixture into the cup (3.4 of the cup)
7. Steam them for 12-15 minutes.
8. When they done put the red dot with the paint brush.
