1. 100 g. Lard
2. 300 g. Shrimp (ground with Shrimp fat)
3. 300 g. Breadcrumb
4. 200 g. Crispy Flour
5. 1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

1. Mix lard, shrimp, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper, coriander roots together in a mixing bowl.
2. Add 2 Tbsp. of fried flour and mix well.  Set aside in the refrigerator 1 hour.
3. Beat the eggs and mold shrimp into flat. Then coat with fried flour, egg, and then breadcrumbs. Press it tightly.
