1. Season buck breast with salt and pepper with both side. Then slice the duck and leave it for 10 minutes.
2. sauce , boiled brown sauce and chopped shallot wait until they melted then add parsley
3.Warm the pan with low heat then fried duck without oil (duck's oil will drain out by itself). Fried duck for both side (4 minutes per side) after that leave them for about 1 minute. Serve with the sauce and topped with black olive and parsley.
