Ingredient of Duck Leg Confit

1. 1 piece of duck (hip/calf)
2. 1 Tbsp. of salt
3. oil (overwhelm the duck)

How to Cook Duck Leg Confit

1. Season the duck with salt (not much) and leave duck for 1 hour or better leave it over night.
2. Clean salt and then put duck into the pot. Warm the pot with low heat and close lid with stencil pepper for 3 hours or wait until the color change to little brown.
3. You can fry or grill at 170c. for about 7 minutes and ready to serve.
