1. 1 Hand of Banana (green- yellow skin)  10-14 balls

2. 3/4 cup of Undiluted Coconut Milk
3. Short grated coconut 1/2 cup
4. 2 Tsp. salt
5. Rice Flour 1 1/4 cup
6. Limestone 1 Tbsp.
7. Sugar 1/3 cup
8. 2 Tbsp. white sesame
9. Oil

1.Gradually pour undiluted coconut milk into a rice flour bowl, and knead until the coconut milk fade away. Pour water down if it too stick. 
2. Banana - Peeled, and slice into 3 pieces for each ball. Coat with the flour in a mixing bowl.
3. Heat palm oil over low - medium heat and put banana to fry. (do not put into the pan tightly) Spread to around the pan and fry until golden crispy on both sides. Bring up to drain dry.
