1. 1 Head Cabbage (cut half)
2. 4 Onions
3. 1 Pound Coriander Roots
4. 5 Fresh Mushrooms
5. 1/2 Cup of Carrot (slice)
6. 100 g. of Minced Pork
7. 1 Tsp. Coriander Root fine chop
8. 1 Tsp. Chopped Garlic
9. 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
10. 1/2 Tsp. Fish Sauce
11. 1/2 Tsp. Soy Sauce
12.  1/2 Tsp. Oyster Sauce
13.  1 Tsp. Salt
14.  1/2 Tsp. Pepper
15.  500 ml. Chicken Stock
1. Cut stalk of mushroom, then cut half. Pick spring onion leaves. (use long leaves only)
2. Boil water and put salt in it. Boil cauliflower for 30 seconds until soft. Leave in cold water.
3.  Add minced pork, coriander root, garlic, pepper, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce in a mixing bowl and mix together.
4. Place minced pork on cauliflower leaves. Roll it, and tie with spring onion tightly.
5. Heat the soup, then add coriander root, carrot, fresh mushrooms, follow by cauliflower which you already rolled.
6.  Season with fish sauce, salt and soy sauce. Finish.
