Fried Banana With Roasted Rice (Kao Mao Tod) - Fried Puffed Rice is hard to find to eat nowadays. You can bring bananas to cook by mixing shredded rice grain (Kao Mao) with sugar and coconut then wrapped with bananas, and fry again. Some local people called this menu ‘Banana Kao Mao’.

1. 10-12 Small Ripe bananas (not too ripe)
2. 1 1/2 cup Kao Mao
3. White grated coconut 2 1/4 cup
4. Water 1/2 cup
5. Palm Sugar 1 1/4 cup

4. Laddle full 1 Tbsp. Shredded Coconut place on a thin plastic sheet. Place the bananas in the middle. Fold plastic together and press shredded coconut on banana tightly  . And then arrange on a tray.
5. Pour palm oil in the pan over medium - high heat. Dip 2-3 bananas in the dough one by one. And fry until golden crispy and bring up to drain dry.
6. Heat the pan with the oil inside over low heat. Put your hand in the dough. Sprinkle into the pan and use ladle to make it stick together into sheet. Place on Kao Mao when golden crisp (do not use high heat).
