1. 1 Type of Pastry Flour
2. 9 Eggs
3. 550 grams sugar
4. Lemon Skin - 1 1/2 balls.
5. Lime 1/2 cup
6. Lemon juice 1/4 cup
7. 110 grams All Purpose Flour

8. Lemon juice 4 Tbsp.
9. Sugar Icing 200 grams
10. Yellow color (any color)
11. Warm Water (If it too hard you can pour hot water to make it more liquid)

1. Leave pastry on a wire rack to cool.
2. Start to make Lemon Filling with beaten egg and sugar.
3. Add lime, lemon juice and lime skin.
4. Add flour and mix with all ingredients well.

6. Pour lemon filling on the flour.
7. Bake in the oven 30-35 minutes at 175-180 degrees.
8. When cooked, leave it  cool.
