1. 300 grams Stewed pork
2. 4 Celery Root
3. Garlic 2 Tbsp.
4. 1 Pack Chinese Herb
5. 2 tbsp. Kao Kee
6. 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
7. Soya sauce 1 Tbsp.
8. 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
9. Salt 1/2 Tsp.
10. Pepper seeds 1/2 Tsp.
11. 4 cup water

1. Use high heat to boil water in a pot. Add pork to boil. (water must over on the pork) Keep continue boiling. 
2. Ladle bubbles out while boiling. Not always stirring it. Continue boiling.
