For 4 person

1. 1 Pack Egg Noodles 
2. 1 1/2 cup Fresh crab meat
3. 4 Fresh shrimps
4. 2 pieces Bacon
5. 1 cup Kuicheai.
6. 1 cup shredded Purple cabbage
7. 1 cup shredded Green cabbage
8. 1 cup Bean sprouts
9. 4 Mushrooms
10. 1/2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
11. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
12. 1 Tsp. Soya sauce
13. 2 Tsp Oyster sauce
14. 1 Tsp. Seasoning Sauce
15. 1 Tsp. Sugar
16. 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1. Boiled noodles until soft. Drain dry and set aside.
2. Heat the pan. Fry the bacon until golden crispy.
3. Fry crab meat and shrimp together and set aside.
4. Fry noodle, vegetable, mushroom, purple cabbage, green cabbage, bean sprouts and Kuicheai. Add soup just a little to make it not stick with the pan.
5. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, seasoning sauce, sugar, pepper and stir all over the pan.
6. Add fried shrimp and crab at last. Sprinkle with the remaining crab meat for decorate the dish about 1 tbsp.
7. Put fried bacon. Cut into piece and fry together. Add sesame oil and stir to combine again.  Place into a plate.
