Lemon Sauce Ingredients

1. 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
2. 3 Tbsp. Sweetened Condensed Milk
3. 2 Tbsp. Lime Juice

Chicken Crispy Ingredients

1. 3 Kale Leaves
2. 200 g. Chicken Breast (not use skin)
3. 100 g. of Breadcrumbs
4. 1 Egg
5. 100 g. Fried Dough
6. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
7. 1 Liter Palm Oil
1. Separate egg yolks into a mixing bowl, add salt, mayonnaise and beaten together. Add sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and mix well. then put in microwave for 15 seconds. Set aside.
2. Roll kale leaves and chop in long line (not over 1 cm. thick).
3. Heat the oil, then fry kale leaves until crispy. Set aside to drain.
4. Apply salt all over the chicken breast. Then mix with flour, egg, follow by breadcrumbs.
5. Heat the oil, fry chicken until gold and crispy at both sides. Set aside to drain.
6. Cut chicken into pieces and place on the kale chips. (fried kale) Topping with lemon sauce. Ready to serve.
