Stirred  Fried Korean Beef with Ja-Jang Sauce - Stirred- Fried Korean Beef with Ja-Jang Sauce is a fried dish that bring the meat to fry with Ja Jang Sauce or black bean sauce of Korean. The taste is salty from Ja Jang sauce. Eat with steamed rice is can go really well.

For 1-2 Person

1. Beef Fillet 200 grams
2. Ja Jang Sauce 2 1/2 Tbsp.
3. 1/2 Onion
4. 2-3 Mushrooms
5. Sliced Bell Pepper
6. Onion (sprinkle)
7. Garlic, 1 Tbsp.
8. Pepper
9. Oyster sauce 1 Tbsp.
10. Sugar 1 Tbsp.
11. Soy sauce 1 Tbsp.
12. Water
* Taste first (if it too salty, add more sugar)
1. Marinated beef with sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce together for about 10-15 minutes.
2. Fried garlic, then add marinated beef and stir until cook just a little.
3. Add Ja-Jang sauce to mix thoroughly. Then add onion, carrots, mushrooms and stir to combine.
4. Put on a plate. Sprinkle with chopped onion and ready to serve.
