Egg Tofu (Vegetarian) - Fried egg tofu dressing with oyster sauce. This dish rich with protein, mushrooms and vegetables. We always bring egg tofu to make soup. But when bring it to fry, it's crispy outside and soft inside. It's delicious even without the meat.

For the 1-2 person

1. 75 grams Egg tofu
2. 1 Tbsp. Fried garlic oil 
3. Chinese mushroom
4. Straw mushroom
5. Sliced carrot 
6. Blanched lettuce 
7. Pepper 1/2 Tsp.
8. Sugar 1 Tsp.
9. J oyster sauce 1 Tbsp.
10. Soy sauce 2 Tsp.
11. Mushroom powder 1 Tsp.
12. Vegetable oil for frying.
13. All Purpose flour for coating fried
1. Cut egg tofu into pieces 4-5 pieces. And then coat with wheat flour.
2. Fry in oil until hot. Turn to medium heat.
3. Fry until golden crisp. Drain vegetables.

Dressing Sauce
1. Heat the pan until hot, stir-fried shiitake mushrooms with garlic oil.
2. Put to rest ingredients.
3. Simmer until thick.
4. Dress on tofu and blanched lettuce that arranged on a plate.
